Key responsibilities

• Specialized in 3rd party integration tools, applications, and systems.
• Working on Integration using Scripted SOAP Inbound and Outbound.
• Development / Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.
• Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilizing the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time.
• Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST.
• Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
• 6-10 years direct experience in enterprise

level application Integration.
