Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
- Drive high-value sales through effective client relationship management.
- Ensure personalized, professional, and courteous service to every customer.
- Handle VIP and repeat clients; resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Ensure proper product presentation and upselling / cross-selling of items.
2. Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff (sales executives, cashiers, housekeeping).Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.Allocate sales targets and monitor achievement.Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and product knowledge across the team.3. Operations & Inventory
Oversee stock management : receipt, display, tagging, and transfer of jewellery items.Conduct daily stock reconciliation and periodic audits.Coordinate with the back office and accounts team for billing, cash handling, and reporting.Maintain records of sales, customer details, and daily reports.4. Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance
Ensure showroom ambience, lighting, and display meet brand standards.Coordinate with the VM team for new collections and seasonal promotions.Maintain hygiene, safety, and security standards.5. Marketing & Business Development
