Position Overview

We're looking for a People & Talent Lead to take ownership of both global hiring and people operations as Thryve continues to scale. Over the past year, we've built the foundations of our HR and recruitment systems - now we need someone to refine, strengthen, and run them at scale.

This is a hands-on role : you'll be closing critical hires across geographies, keeping our people processes running smoothly, and helping shape a culture where a global, mission-driven team can thrive.

Responsibilities Recruitment

• Own end-to-end hiring across global markets (exposure to Southeast Asia, and South Asian markets is a must, and niche Global talent pools in the ecology, forestry, biodiversity, agriculture, domains).
• Work with hiring managers to shape role requirements, write compelling JDs, and plan pipelines.
• Build sourcing strategies (market mapping, platforms, referrals, partnerships) to attract niche talent in nature (science, carbon), project development and implementation, carbon markets, and business roles.
• Manage structured interview processes, ensuring fairness, speed, and a great candidate experience.
• Track recruitment data (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to improve efficiency.
• Proactively build pipelines for future hiring needs to reduce time-to-hire.
