At ThinkingCode , we build systems for regulated and mission-critical industries — insurance, industrial AI, healthcare workflows. And we're now launching ThinkingCode Education , our learning & talent development arm, to train the next generation of AI-Augmented Engineers .
We're looking for experienced engineers who :
- Have built and shipped real-world systems
- Are comfortable across at least one major part of the SDLC (Backend, Frontend, Testing, DevOps, Security, PM)
- Have adopted AI into their workflow (not theoretically, but practically — code completion, test generation, architecture exploration, documentation, etc.)
- And most importantly — care about teaching, mentoring, and shaping engineers.
