We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.What you will be doing at Evalueserve -Provide onshore support to sell-side research analysts (institutional equities) of the capital markets and investment groupCollect and analyze financial data using online and other data sources, such as Bloomberg and ReutersBuild historical financial models and provide forecastsDevelop company operating metrics based on relevance across different sectors / companiesCalculate company valuation using DCF, DDM, trading and transaction multiples, and EVA, among othersPrepare company profiles, earning notes, quarterly updates, initiation of coverage reports, sector reports, newsletters, technology primers, flash notes, and theme based reports, among othersSummarize investment conference calls and conduct management interviewsDevelop roadshow presentationsManage ad hoc research requests based on client requirementsWhat we are looking for-CA / MBA (Finance); CFA (added advantage)1+ years in Equity Research in institutional sell-side research from India MarketStrong accounting and financial skillsGood analytical skillsKnowledge of macroeconomic aggregates and regression analysisAbility to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasksAbility to implement new working stylesAbility to identify proactive ways of contributing to the companys goals and missionKnowledge of databases (such as Bloomberg and Reuters) and other financial data systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS OfficeDisclaimer : The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
