Internal HR Specialist

to join our team in

Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad . This is your chance to directly build the future team that will drive our company's growth and success.

This pivotal role is not a traditional HR position. You will be at the forefront of our business, with approximately 90% of your time dedicated to recruitment. As you evolve in the role, you will gain significant exposure to broader HR functions and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing :

Leading Internal Recruitment (90%) :

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our internal recruiter positions, from sourcing and screening to final interviews.

Operational & Engagement Support (10%) :

You'll contribute to key operational tasks and help shape our company culture through impactful employee engagement initiatives.

Gaining Exposure :

This role offers a clear path for professional growth, providing you with valuable exposure to broader HR functions as you develop.

Qualifications : Minimum of

1 year of experience

in a recruitment or HR role.

Talented

freshers with an MBA-HR background

who have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of recruitment are highly encouraged to apply.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
