About the Role :

We’re seeking a passionate and data-driven Growth Specialist to accelerate our brand’s digital growth and online presence. You’ll play a key role in designing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and discovering new opportunities for audience and revenue growth. If you’re skilled in ads management, digital strategy, and creative problem-solving, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Monitor ad performance and use insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify new growth channels, tools, and creative opportunities to scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Work closely with content, design, and SEO teams to maintain consistent and effective brand messaging.
  • Manage social media growth, audience engagement, and performance analytics.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, including traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising tools.

Requirements :

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Creative approach to campaign ideation, testing, and scaling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with email marketing, influencer partnerships, or marketing automation tools is a plus.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced digital environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Figma, or Canva.
