Branch Manager

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch for a leading Small Finance Bank. You will be responsible for driving business growth through deposits, CASA, and cross-selling financial products. This role requires a strong leader with experience in retail banking to oversee branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, build strong customer relationships, and mentor the branch team to achieve performance and excellence.

• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the branch team, driving their performance and excellence.
