About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to head the Human Resources Operations function across our organization. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and managing a team of senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations. The incumbent will report directly to the CHRO and will be instrumental in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR Operations across the organization, including multiple sites and corporate teams
- Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams
- Drive implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Take ownership of the Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
- Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
- Proactively handle grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation
- Define and implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience
- Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders including senior leadership and business heads
Qualifications
MBA in HR from Top Tier 2 Institutes20 + years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizationsRequired Skills
Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operationsDeep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design and executionDemonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational detailsMust have experience reporting to CXO / CHRO level leadership
