Job descriptionLead enterprise architecture and design scalable, secure full-stack solutions using Java and modern frameworks. Drive modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures. Architect AWS-based solutions ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Design event-driven systems and data integration using Kafka. Establish CI / CD pipelines and cloud migration strategies. Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred. 14–20 years of experience in software architecture and engineering. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular / React / Vue). Deep hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native development. Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerization and orchestration. Skilled in Kafka for event-driven architecture and data streaming. Experienced in application modernization and transformation initiatives. Proven leadership in managing large teams and delivering complex projects.
