About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Specialist to lead business growth and client acquisition initiatives in the Western region. The ideal candidate will drive new business sign-ups, nurture client relationships, and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Implement regional sales initiatives in alignment with corporate objectives to ensure consistent market growth.
- New Business Acquisition : Drive new logo acquisition through prospecting, networking, and creating sustainable business opportunities.
- Target Achievement : Deliver on quarterly and annual New Sign-Ups and revenue targets for the region.
- Pipeline Management : Generate leads, build a strong sales funnel, prepare proposals, make impactful presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Client Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular engagement, needs analysis, and proactive support.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling : Identify opportunities to introduce and pitch additional services to existing clients for revenue maximization.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business models to maintain a strategic edge.
- CRM & Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate updates on CRM / Salesforce regarding lead status, client interactions, and progress reports for management visibility.
- Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with marketing to identify market opportunities, strengthen brand presence, and capture targeted market share.
