Role Description

This is a contract remote role for US Client (Support US EST hours) for a SAP Sales and Distribution and Logistics Execution (SD / LE) with advanced returns management. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with business processes, supporting the existing system processes, analytical skills, consulting, Key Skills : SAP SD / LE with pricing, and master data management within SAP software.

Qualifications

Min 8 years of SAP SD / LE Design, configuration, implementation, and migration in S / 4 HANA Environment.

Strong knowledge of integration with third-party shipping.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and remotely

Relevant certification in SAP modules

Excellent written and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

Hands-on experience in Advanced Returns Management, Warranty, and Service Management in SAP S / 4.

Hands-on configuration, design, and troubleshooting in the Returns process, complaints processing, Standard Warranty, Extended Warranty, Claims management, In-house service, Third-party Services, replacement of parts / products, etc.
