Who We’re Looking For

Someone who :

  • Thinks in hooks, speaks in hashtags, and dreams in dialogues.
  • Can write in English and Hindi (and add drama in both).
  • Scrolls through Instagram, not for gossip — but for research.
  • Can make someone laugh, cry, or go “damn!” with just 12 words or less.
  • Doesn’t care about degrees as much as good grammar.
  • Can brave Yelahanka traffic for creative freedom (and good coffee).

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Write social media content that stops thumbs and starts conversations.
  • Script dramas, ad films, brand videos, reels, and other cool stuff.
  • Brainstorm with directors, editors, and fellow creative chaos-makers.
  • Turn random client briefs into something people actually want to watch.
  • Keep your copy tight, witty, and scroll-proof.

  • Can write dialogues that sound like people, not AI.
  • Know when to use a meme and when to use a metaphor.
  • Have that rare skill of making ads people don’t want to skip.
