Job descriptionSales & Consultation : Develop strong relationships with clients by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Customer Relationship Management : Build long-term partnerships with clients by providing clear and accurate information about energy efficiency trends and our offerings. Target Achievement : Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Market Expertise : Stay up-to-date on the latest energy efficiency trends and our products to provide expert advice to clients. Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and installation teams for seamless service delivery. Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in energy or HVAC. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset to work independently and as part of a team.
