Location : Bengaluru

Job Description :

We are seeking a QA Engineer with expertise in Manual Testing across Web, API platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality through rigorous testing, automation coverage, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities :

Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements.

Perform manual testing for Web, and API applications.

Validate API functionality using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, JMeter.

Drive QA process improvements and expand automation coverage.

Apply programming skills in JavaScript / Java for further automation development.

Technical Skills Required :

Manual Testing : Functional, Non-functional, Regression, Smoke.

Web Testing : Cross-browser and responsive testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

API Testing : Postman, Swagger, Programming : JavaScript / Java

Test Management & Bug Tracking : Jira.

Nice to Have :

Experience with Automation testing

Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Postman).

Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack).

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Automation Tools : WebdriverIO, Appium (Mobile), TestNG / JUnit, Maven / Gradle.

Performance Testing (Nice to Have) : JMeter or similar tools

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue identification.

Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in web, mobile, and API testing environments.

Experience working in Agile environments is highly preferred
