Role Description
The Sales Executive will
be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in developing and expanding business for the Business Centre. They will work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure that sales of services within the business are all maximised. Supporting
have responsibility for developing business for the Business Centre in which they
are based as well as other locations within the portfolio. They must also ensure that sales of services
within the business are maximised. He / she will work closely with the Sales Manager and the operational team in general. A further key relationship will be with Avanta’s Direct Sales team, based at
head office. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with business partners is imperative,
particularly with the brokers and commercial agents.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Minimum
2 years of experience
in supporting business development, generating new business, and managing third-party relationships.
Experience handling
small, medium, or large accounts
Excellent presentation skills
with confidence and enthusiasm.
Strong ability to
prioritize tasks
and manage time effectively.
Computer literate
and comfortable using databases to update contacts and leads.
Numerate
, with the ability to perform basic calculations as required.
Strong
problem-solving skills
to handle diverse client needs.
Capable of providing
customized, consultative solutions
based on individual client requirements.
