🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Merchandiser & Purchase Executive to support sampling, vendor coordination, production follow-ups, and raw material sourcing within our textile unit.

If you enjoy balancing merchandising + purchasing responsibilities, this role is perfect for you!

📘 Qualifications

🎓 Graduate in any discipline

⭐ Preferred :

  • Textile Technology
  • Fashion Merchandising
  • Supply Chain Management

🧵 Experience

  • 2–4 years in a textile / garment manufacturing unit
  • Experience in merchandising + purchase

    • 🟦 Key Responsibilities

    🔷 Merchandising

  • Coordinate between Merchandising Head & vendors
  • Understand buyer requirements & tech packs
  • Handle sampling, approvals & communication
  • Track production timelines
  • Maintain records of approvals & orders
  • Support pre-production communication

    • 🔷 Purchase

  • Source fabrics, trims, accessories & packaging
  • Raise POs as per production plan
  • Negotiate with suppliers for quality & pricing
  • Track material deliveries
  • Conduct basic QC checks
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships
