We combine advisory intelligence, basket-based investing, and fully digital execution to create a modern, intuitive wealth-tech experience.
We are now expanding across India and the Gulf region especially targeting NRIs and are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Co-Founder Track) to help us scale the next phase of our business.
About the Role
This is a high-ownership operating leadership role for someone who wants to help build a fast-growing wealth-tech company from the inside. You will work closely with the founder to drive AUM growth, operations, distribution strategy, and overall business execution.
This role follows a founding-team compensation structure , primarily equity-driven, with minimal initial fixed compensation. It is designed for someone who wants to build long-term value rather than pursue a traditional salaried position.
What You Will Lead
- Scale AUM acquisition across retail, NRIs (especially Gulf countries), and corporate segments
- Build and optimize core operations, execution workflows, and compliance processes
- Strengthen user onboarding, advisory flows, and customer support systems
- Drive distribution strategy—CAs, NRIs, corporates, and B2B channels
- Build processes for acquisition, conversion, and long-term investor engagement
- Work directly with the founder on product decisions, strategic roadmap, and growth initiatives
- Establish scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Ensure smooth coordination across sales, operations, tech, and customer success
