We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to oversee onboarding, payroll, and compliance for our U.S. workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee onboarding documentation and system setup.
- Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing using ADP, Paycom, or similar systems.
- Ensure full compliance with California labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR records.
- Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, and respond to employee inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain HRIS data and generate management reports effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve HR issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills :
3–5 years of HR experience in U.S. operations with a proven track record.In-depth understanding of California labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration principles.Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP or Paycom with strong technical skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relationships.Benefits Overview :
