Adaptability : Ability to adapt to different student levels and needs. Technical skills : For online roles, strong online teaching and communication skills are necessary.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training : Conduct engaging and interactive online or offline Spanish classes for different proficiency levels.
- Curriculum development : Create and customize lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to meet learning objectives.
- Student assessment : Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback, monitor attendance, and administer evaluations.
- Skill enhancement : Help students improve their verbal, written, and comprehension skills in Spanish.
- Cultural integration : Incorporate cultural elements to enrich the learning experience.
- Administrative tasks : Prepare final evaluations and reports for students at the end of a course.
