Your Role
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Lead , you will be responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end solutions within the Marketing and CRM landscape. You will act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of SFMC and Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
In this role you will play a key role in :
- Driving business discussions on SFMC user stories and requirements with stakeholders.
- Architecting solutions across Marketing and CRM ecosystems.
- Taking ownership of SFMC deliverables for marketing program initiatives.
- Conceptualizing use cases and developing PoCs to meet business and technical requirements.
- Creating High-Level Design (HLD) documents for new requirements or change requests.
- Providing best practices for Marketing Cloud implementations and SDLC processes.
- Leading end-user training plans and execution.
- Acting as the face of Capgemini to clients, bridging business needs and technical solutions.
- Supporting proposal responses, technical estimates, and creating assets / whitepapers in SFMC + CDP domain.
- Collaborating with Salesforce Support vendors for upgrades, patches, and best practices.
Your Profile
You are an experienced SFMC professional with strong technical and functional expertise in digital marketing and data management. You have excellent communication skills and can confidently present solutions to clients.
