Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-Country Representative (India) to represent our client - a leading U.S.-based Credential Evaluation Provider.
This individual will be responsible for building institutional partnerships, engaging consultants and applicants, driving awareness of CEP services, and representing the CEP at key education events. The role requires a deep understanding of the Indian higher education sector, strong networking ability, and a passion for advancing international education.
The role focuses on strategically expanding the CEP’s presence in India’s higher education ecosystem by developing institutional partnerships, engaging consultants and applicants, and driving awareness of the CEP’s services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian higher education sector, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for advancing international education.
Key Responsibilities
1. Higher Education Partnerships with Indian Institutions
Develop and strengthen institutional partnerships to expand
digital document delivery agreements .
Promote CEP’s products and increase subscriptions.
Drive awareness of CEP’s products and services through quality engagement with universities and colleges.
2. Consultant & Counselor Engagement
Establish formal partnerships with consultants and counselors.
Represent CEP at education fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Promote CEP’s value proposition among consultants to expand reach and credibility.
3. Individual Applicant Engagement
Increase the number of Indian applicants using CEP’s credential evaluation services.
Provide guidance and support throughout the evaluation process, improving applicant satisfaction.
Execute targeted outreach strategies (digital campaigns, webinars, etc.) to attract prospective applicants.
4. Professional Services Engagement & Contracting
Promote CEP’s
training programs, workshops, and consulting services
with institutions and professional bodies.
Secure contracts to expand CEP’s professional services in India.
5. Market Insights & Reporting
Submit bi-weekly progress updates and detailed activity reports.
Share data-driven insights on student mobility, institutional trends, and market feedback.
Conduct strategic reviews to help optimize CEP’s India strategy.
6. Brand Representation & Events
Represent CEP at key
education fairs, workshops, and conferences
across India.
Coordinate with verification partners and third-party networks when needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
4–5 years of experience in higher education, international education, or student recruitment in India.
Proven track record in building partnerships with institutions and consultants.
Familiarity with credential evaluation, admissions, or global education services (preferred).
Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from market data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
