Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role based in Indore, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing client needs proactively. They will additionally drive account growth by identifying opportunities, managing projects, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals. Responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining detailed knowledge of financial products or services offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and account handling skills
• Proficiency in financial concepts, stock trading, and market analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Knowledge of finance education and trading strategies (preferred)
• Adaptability to work in both office and remote settings
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
