Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX / UI design or related roles, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and outcomes Proficiency in dashboard & report design Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web interfaces Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus Experience leading design projects and mentoring designers Proven track record of conducting successful user research and usability testing Knowledge of accessibility standards and applying them in design Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving 3+ years of experience in senior design roles with SAP is preferred
As a UX designer, you will be responsible to :
- Lead user research activities to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Define user flows, create wireframes, and produce high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product teams to establish design specifications and ensure alignment with technical constraints
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and user testing sessions to refine design concepts
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices
- Mentor junior design team members and foster a collaborative design culture
- Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies to influence our design strategies
