Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who thinks like a Product Manager. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and strategy : you’ll shape what we build, why we build it, and how it comes to life. Your focus : make complex problems simple, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end product experience and simplify user journeys

Influence product direction and connect design to business outcomes

Prototype, design, and deliver solutions that drive adoption

Work with engineering, sales, and success to remove friction

Champion simplicity and user obsession in every decision

What we’re looking for

Strong product design skills (UX / UI) with strategic thinking

Minimum of 5 years of experience shaping what to build, not just how to design at similar tech companies or preferably startups.

Obsession with simplicity, adoption, and impact

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving team

Salary : 30 lac - 40 lac + bonus + ESOPS
