Travel Sales Executive (USA Process)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Sales Executive to join our USA travel process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling flight tickets, handling inbound / outbound travel inquiries, and closing high-value sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from US customers regarding flight bookings, reservations, date changes, and cancellations.
• Sell flight tickets (domestic & international) using GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
• Provide the best available fares, alternative travel options, and upsell relevant services.
• Convert leads into successful bookings with high closing ratio.
• Ensure accuracy while issuing, reissuing, voiding, and refunding tickets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and deliver a professional experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep up-to-date with airline rules, policies, and promotional fares.
• Follow company compliance and quality guidelines.
