Job descriptionHardware & OS knowledge Software application knowledge, ITIL Knowledge Good Communication Skills Basic Knowledge of Network, Apple products MCSE or similar BE / B.Tech / B Sc-IT Preference will be accorded to candidates having completed certifications in MCSA / MCSE.
Job Accountabilities
- First level support to end users based on Knowledge base available
- Provide desktop and Laptop support.
- Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications
- Handling ITSM Tool and Allocating the tickets to the right resolver group
- Providing Support for MAC related calls
- Providing Support for Mobile Device
- Installation of Business-related software
- Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices
