We are seeking an experienced Admin Staff to support our team with various administrative functions, ensuring efficient office operations and helping to create a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support the recruitment processes and employee onboarding.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.3-7 years of experience in administrative roles or office management.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with office management software and tools is a plus.Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), PGDM, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), PGP, Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
