Job description

Title : Research, Content & Flow Specialist (3-month contract → potential FT)

Location : Remote (Mumbai preferred)

Duration : 3 months initial (aim to convert to full-time)

About Us :

Fruitbowl is a creative tech agency partnering with EverMe, a next-gen behavioural-health platform. We combine AI, biometrics, content, design and UX to shift habits and extend healthspan. We move with urgency. We test fast. We iterate. We’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats : logic architect, content editor, UX reviewer.

Role Overview :

In this hybrid role, you will :

  • Develop integration flows (queries → actions → specs) for our AI / biometric / calendar stack.
  • Edit and maintain high-quality content (scripts, topics, micro-copy) aligned to brand voice and readability.
  • Review user-experience end-to-end, identifying friction, documenting issues and recommending fixes.
  • You will become the glue between product logic, content tone and real-world user experience.

What You’ll Do :

  • Generate and curate user query sets (≈100 / book) for each integration and map flows.
  • Build and maintain the drop-down action taxonomy and spec spreadsheet.
  • Edit content pieces for tone, readability, accuracy; produce grade-level rewrites; maintain fresh Tone Guide.
  • Consume and review content and product flows as a user, log friction, propose fixes.
  • Weekly deliverables : 1) 40 mapped flows; 2) 30 edited snippets; 3) UX-friction report.
  • Work closely with LLM engineers, content team, UX / product lead and QA.
  • Monitor metrics : flow coverage, editorial fix rate, UX bug count, speed to fix.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Industrial-strength logical thinking. You can map flows, define actions, anticipate edge-cases.
  • Strong editorial / writing skills. You can edit, rewrite, elevate tone.
  • Product / UX empathy. You can review as a user, spot what doesn’t feel right.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity : early-stage product, evolving specs, cross-discipline collaboration.
  • Bonus : Experience with AI / LLM, behavioural-health, product workflows; some UX writing or testing background.
  • Why This Role?

  • You’ll be making tangible impact across three critical dimensions of EverMe.
  • Stretch role : lots of ownership, high visibility, steep learning curve.
  • Clear conversion path into full-time, where you could grow into a product-content lead role.
  • Be part of shaping the voice, logic and user experience of a behaviour-change platform
