Role Overview

We are seeking to hire a Legal and Compliance Executive to handle contract execution, corporate filings, and routine legal / compliance support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet customer, vendor, lease and service agreements.
• Manage contract execution (physical / digital), maintain trackers, and ensure renewals / compliance.
• Coordinate contract execution (physical and digital), maintain proper documentation and trackers.
• Maintain a central repository of all agreements with proper version control and renewal / expiry tracking.
• Oversee the filing of ROC / MCA forms, maintain statutory registers and minutes.
• Support the development of legal templates, policies, and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for legal and compliance matters.
