Sr. DTP Specialist (WFH, Night Shift)

• DTP (Not Graphic Designer) Experience in Localization is must.
• Experience in Localization industry / projects is a must. Please don't apply if you don't have any Localization industry / projects experience.
• Good skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Ms-Word and PowerPoint.
• It’s Work From Home , so should have good internet connections and power back-up.
• Comfortable to work in night shift (8.30 PM – 5.30 AM India time).
• Candidates should have worked on different languages in InDesign, MS Word, OCR Tasks and performing QA.
• Working knowledge of Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, OCR process is preferred.
• Should be good at managing a team of 5-7 people.
• Ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines in financial or life science projects.
• Expertise in Communication : The candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Effective communication is crucial for conveying messages clearly, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Good IQ level and ability to take independent decisions.
• Should have experience of arranging trainings to the team members.
• Tenacious and resourceful problem-solver with deep analysis skills.
• Knowledge of creating scripts for Adobe tools would be preferred.
• Experience – 5 to 10 years
