Working Hours : 12 PM – 9 PM (Monday to Friday), 12 PM – 5 PM (Saturday)

We’re now looking for a Website Developer to join our creative and technical team someone who can turn design concepts into functional, responsive, and optimized websites that deliver results.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the company’s specifications. Day-to-day tasks include front-end and back-end development, creating and designing web pages, programming, and ensuring the sites are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, or custom HTML / CSS / JS frameworks.
Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to convert UI / UX designs into interactive websites.
Implement SEO best practices, website speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Integrate third-party tools like CRMs, forms, analytics, and tracking codes.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
Manage hosting, domains, and website maintenance updates.
Ensure websites meet accessibility, performance, and security standards.
Work closely with the marketing team to support website-related campaigns and landing pages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Proven experience in website design and development (minimum 2–4 years).

Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.

Proficiency with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, Elementor, Divi, etc.) or Webflow.

Knowledge of SEO-friendly development and Google Analytics / Tag Manager integration.

Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for design handoff.
