We are looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team and work on-site at our Kothrud location.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs and detailed interior concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from the USA and across the globe.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative design solutions.

Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedules.

Create 3 D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts.

Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or Interior Design (B. Des / B. Sc in Interior Design) or a related field.

1 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, interior design, and project execution.

Proficiency in design tools like Auto CAD , Sketch Up, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar visualization software.

Strong understanding of building codes, interior finishing standards , materials, and construction practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
