Role Overview :

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated principals to join the InSchool Awards 2026 Committee. This prestigious national-level awards program aims to recognize and celebrate the unsung heroes of education—teachers, administrators, support staff, PTA members, and management. The committee will play a crucial role in supporting the success of this initiative, helping us scale to 1000+ schools across India.

As a Committee Member, you will collaborate with other education leaders to ensure the smooth execution of the awards, including school nominations, reviewing submissions, and supporting local ceremonies. Your involvement will make a tangible difference in honoring the pillars of education across India.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage Schools : Actively engage with schools in your district to encourage participation in the InSchool Awards 2026.
  • Drive Nominations : Support schools with the nomination process, helping them identify the best candidates in each award category (e.g., Best Teacher, Best Admin Staff, Best Vendor, etc.).
  • Review Nominations : Participate in reviewing and scoring nominations, ensuring that each nominee meets the award criteria.
  • Coordinate Local Events : Assist in organizing local award ceremonies, ensuring smooth logistics and successful execution.
  • Outreach and Promotion : Promote the event within your school networks, leveraging your connections with local teachers, PTA members, and vendors.
  • Provide Feedback : Share insights and suggestions to help improve the overall awards process and future initiatives.
