Job descriptionLogin (O365 SSO) Data Entry (1–2 simple forms with validation & helpful hints) Review & Submit (preview, edit, confirm) Success / Status (Submission ID / confirmation) Quick wireframes + brief solution note (data model & storage choice) Power Apps (Canvas) packaged in a solution, ready to deploy Configured data source (SharePoint / Dataverse / SQL) with schema Dashboard (Power BI or your proposed tool) with essential KPIs / filters Security model (permissions; RLS if Power BI) Documentation : admin / user guide, data dictionary, refresh schedule Handover session and short post-go-live bug-fix window Build responsive, clean Canvas apps for desktop / tablet use Implement input validation , errors, and clear success messages Ensure reliable data save logic and audit fields (Created / Modified by / on) Connect data to dashboard and configure refresh / filters Consider performance (minimal calls, delegation-friendly design) and access control Hands-on experience building Power Apps and connecting to SharePoint / Dataverse / SQL (no strict “2+ years” requirement) Ability to show previous, similar work (apps + dashboards) Working knowledge of Power BI (or equivalent BI) for modeling & visuals Understanding of environments, solutions, and basic ALM in Power Platform Clear communication and concise documentation Usability : Simple, guided forms; keyboard & touch friendly Performance : Snappy screen loads; delegable queries where applicable Security : Least-privilege access; use O365 SSO; no hard-coded secrets Reliability : Graceful error handling; clear user feedback Days 1–2 : Discovery, wireframes, data model confirmation Days 3–7 : App build (screens, validation, save), storage setup Days 8–11 : Dashboard build & integration, refresh config Days 12–13 : UAT, fixes, polish Days 14–15 : Go-live, documentation, handover To be discussed. Payment based on development charges and released as progress is made (milestones). Links / Screenshots of relevant Power Apps and dashboards Previous works (brief context : problem → your solution → outcome) Estimated timeline & cost for 1 app + dashboard (with your recommended data store and why) Quality and relevance of showcased examples Clarity of proposed architecture (storage choice, validation, security, performance) Ability to meet the 15-day timeline Value for money and clean documentation
Overview
We need a Microsoft Power Apps freelancer to build basic, data-entry (data-feeding) apps with 3–4 screens each—starting from Login and ending at Data Saved Successfully .
- Login & Auth : Use Office 365 (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD) SSO —login ID and password are the user’s existing O365 credentials.
- Data Storage (current) : SharePoint lists . We’re open to your recommendation (e.g., Data verse / SQL) if it’s a better fit—please justify.
- Reporting : Integrate captured data with a dashboard (Power BI preferred) for clean visualization.
