Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement Solution Design :

Develop and present automation roadmaps, proof of concepts (POCs), and ROI analyses to clients.
Define scalable RPA architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems.

Project Delivery Execution :

Oversee the entire RPA project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, fostering best practices and innovation.

Ensure compliance with security standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Continuously optimize automation solutions and implement post-deployment enhancements.

Monitor and maintain bot performance, ensuring high availability and resilience.

Required Qualifications :

UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Advanced Developer Professional (UiADP) Certification.

8-10 years of experience in IT consulting, business transformation, or automation.

6+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.

Expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate (experience with Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a plus).

Proficiency in Python, SQL, .NET, Java, or VBA for automation scripting.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.

Strong knowledge of business process optimization methodologies.

Strong presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.

Outstanding organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead client presentations and demos for prospective customers.
