Job Summary :

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer to join our Fintech product team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, a strong understanding of financial systems, and a passion for delivering highquality, secure, and reliable software.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for mobile and web applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, or similar.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards relevant to Fintech (e.g., PCI-DSS, KYC, AML).
Participate in release planning and provide QA sign-off for production deployments.
Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3–4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1–2 years in Fintech or BFSI.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in both manual and automated testing.

Familiarity with testing APIs, mobile apps, and web platforms.

Understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.
