About the Role

As a Proposal Writer, you’ll collaborate with our Sales and Technical teams to plan, write, and deliver top-quality proposals tailored to client needs. You’ll play a key role in transforming technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives that communicate our value and expertise in the fast-evolving payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to develop proposal strategy, design, and content.
  • Create persuasive, high-quality, and compliant proposal documents.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, client-focused language.
  • Work with subject matter experts to articulate solutions effectively.
  • Review and refine proposals for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with requirements.
  • Design engaging visuals and supporting materials.
  • Manage priorities and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
  • Support other writing needs such as capability statements and marketing materials.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

    • (MBA or advanced degree in Business / Management preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience writing proposals for the US market.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong research and proofreading abilities.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud, cybersecurity, electronic payments, invoicing, and disbursements / payouts is a plus.
  • Understanding of TCH RTP, FedNow, FedWire, Visa Direct, and ACH real-time payments preferred.
