Position : Sales Manager – Coatings Raw Materials

This is a Techno-Commercial role involving both technical application knowledge and business development responsibilities. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with customers to understand their formulations and propose value-added solutions using our product range.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive business development for our Additives, Special Binders & Pigments used in Coatings & Inks
Identify new opportunities and develop key accounts across Pan India
Understand customer formulations and recommend suitable grades from our product portfolio
Collaborate with international principals / suppliers for technical discussions, & Business Development
Lead negotiations, pricing, and deal closures for strategic accounts
Work closely with the internal sales, logistics, and application teams for smooth order execution
Manage and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events

✅ Desired Candidate Profile :

Minimum 8 years of experience in Chemical Distributions Field of Paints / Coatings (Additives, Resins, Pigments, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field

In-depth understanding of coatings formulations and application requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel across India for client visits and technical meetings

Proven ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of the sales cycle
