Artificial Intelligence Strategy Lead
Design and implement AI-driven initiatives to enhance our platform’s capabilities — from personalized leader matching to content insights and operational automation.
- Identify high-impact use cases for AI within our ecosystem — leader insights, event curation, data intelligence, content recommendations.
- Translate business goals (engagement, revenue, experience) into actionable AI and automation strategies.
- Develop the AI roadmap that aligns with our strategic framework — People, Platform, Productivity, and Positioning.
You won’t be coding models; you’ll be shaping how AI gets applied to make our ecosystem smarter, faster, and more human.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to deploy AI-enabled tools that enhance productivity.Manage pilots for automation in outreach, leader mapping, and post-event analytics.Oversee vendor or tool integrations (CRM AI, LLM tools, analytics dashboards).Program Execution
Work with data teams to define what intelligence matters — engagement scores, leader interest patterns, sponsor ROI dashboards.Convert event data into decision frameworks for future curation and sponsorships.Data & Insights Activation
Build AI workflows that feel human — not robotic.Ensure every automation still reflects our premium tone, accuracy, and personalization.Track metrics : time saved, engagement improved, satisfaction achieved.User Experience Focus
Define data-use boundaries and responsible AI guidelines for community interactions.Ensure transparency and privacy in how leader and sponsor data are processed.Requirements
What You Bring
6–10 years in product or program leadership, preferably in event-tech, SaaS, or B2B platforms.Strong understanding of AI / automation tools (Zapier, ChatGPT, Notion AI, CRM AI assistants, analytics automation).Comfort working with cross-functional teams — design, content, ops, partnerships.Sharp analytical mindset and ability to translate qualitative insight into scalable processes.Experience managing technology vendors or AI tool pilots.Nice to Have
Exposure to CRM and automation ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce AI, Make.com).Understanding of leader-community platforms, marketing automation, or recommendation systems.Prior work in startup or innovation-led environments.AI is not about replacing people — it’s about amplifying judgment and precision.
