Tele Caller

Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain products / services in a clear and professional manner.

Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues.

Maintain a database of customer information and calls made.

Follow up with customers as needed.

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 10th / 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

Good communication skills in (languages required, e.g., English, Hindi).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
