Job descriptionLead the design and implementation of enterprise data models aligned with business objectives. Architect scalable and secure data warehouse solutions and oversee database design best practices. Manage data migration projects across heterogeneous systems ensuring integrity and minimal downtime. Drive MDM initiatives to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of core business data. Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the enterprise. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmaps. Mentor and guide technical leads and architects in data management principles and practices. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data architecture and governance. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles. Proven expertise in enterprise data modeling (3NF, dimensional, Data Vault). Strong experience with data warehouse platforms, ETL tools, and database technologies. Hands-on experience in MDM, data governance, and metadata management. Excellent understanding of data migration strategies and tools. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with tools like Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, SSIS, and Drools. Familiarity with data cataloging tools (Alation, Collibra) and pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Azure Data Factory). Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Certifications in data architecture, MDM, or governance frameworks
