About The Role

Role Description :

This role leverages domain and business process expertise to detail product requirements such as epics and user stories, along with supporting artifacts like business process maps, use cases, and test plans for the Tax product Team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of indirect tax solutions. As a SAP Tax Analyst within the Technology team, this role will support the transition of global ERP instance on SAP ECC to the S / 4HANA Intelligent Enterprise and integrating the Indirect Tax tools such as Vertex and SAP Document and Reporting compliance. Roles & Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business partners to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Support design and configure native tax processes in SAP S / 4HANA ecosystem and integrating Vertex, addressing both input and output tax requirements
• Ensure the SAP S / 4HANA FICO and SAP Document and Reporting compliance solution configured meets business goals and leading practices
• Capture the voice of the customer to define business processes and product needs
• Conduct requirements reviews, solution proposals, and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend mitigations
• Provide support to SAP users, including troubleshooting issues and providing training
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver and sustain Amgen's S / 4HANA ecosystem utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Develop innovative solutions that drive speed to value via AI / ML and leading control practices
