Job Title : Cluster Manager – Financial Institutions

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Institutional Sales function for the Delhi cluster. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, mobilising, and managing deposit and investment relationships with financial institutions, banks, NBFCs, family offices, and large / mid corporates. You will also cross‑sell the company’s suite of asset & treasury products and act as a trusted advisor to treasury / CFO stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and mobilise investments and deposits from FIs, large / mid corporates, NBFCs, banks, family offices
Manage & deepen relationships with existing institutional and corporate clients
Understand client needs and structure relevant financing / investment solutions (deposits, bonds, CPs, mutual funds, corporate lending)
Engage directly with CFOs, treasurers, and institutional decision makers
Be well versed in Fixed Income, and be able to carry high‑level conversations with treasury teams
Understand LRS, AOP usage and investment objectives for large / mid corp & FI clients
Identify and manage distribution / advisory channels to source institutional allocations
Strategize to turn institutional relationships into allocations across company / subsidiaries
Coordinate internal delivery, service & compliance for client requests / service requests (SRs)
Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, competitor moves, and feed intelligence into business strategy
Travel regularly for client visits, face time, and networking
Support commercial lending origination via treasury relationships or market intelligence
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks in all transactions
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Finance, MBA, or equivalent)
NISM Series VA Certification or equivalent (for mutual fund / distribution validity)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in institutional / corporate / treasury sales, ideally in a bank, NBFC, mutual fund or institutional distribution setup
Strong understanding of financial markets (equity, debt), treasury operations, cash / liquidity management
Excellent relationships or network in the finance / treasury / corporate world
Proven track record of sourcing institutional / corporate investments / liabilities
