Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling the customer complaints on email & Phone Calls
- Solving the customer complaints by arranging the service technician pan India.
- Preparing service technicians scheduling.
- Offering AMC & Spare Parts quotations to Customers.
- Making the Invoices in SAP & CRM.
- Coordinating with customers on order readiness & dispatch.
- Coordinating with the factory team for material requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintaining Various MIS Reports.
Requirement
Candidates with good communication skills & graduates are more preferable.Should have atleast 2-3 yrs of experience in service industry.Immediate joiners are preferable.Perks & Benefits
