Key Responsibilities

Legal Strategy & Advisory

  • Lead all legal aspects related to land acquisition, title verification, due diligence, development rights, and property documentation.
  • Handle legal vetting, drafting, and negotiations of Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MoUs, and Investment Term Sheets.
  • Advise on corporate structuring, SPVs, and regulatory compliance for investments in Private Equity and real estate transactions.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, and local real estate regulations.

Liaison & Approvals

  • Act as the nodal point for liaisoning with government departments, including T&CP, RERA, Registrar, Collectorate, Town Planning, and Municipal Corporations.
  • Ensure timely sanctions of building plans, layout approvals, and land-use change permissions.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with local authorities, revenue officers, and administrative bodies for seamless project execution.
  • General Management & Operations

  • Oversee on-ground legal coordination across multiple real estate projects.
  • Ensure smooth possession, demarcation, mutation, and legal control of land parcels.
  • Collaborate with architects, finance, compliance, and sales teams for project rollouts and investor documentation.
  • Drive internal legal SOPs, documentation protocols, and team mentoring.
