We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join a world-class R&D team driving innovation in connected healthcare technologies. This role is ideal for seasoned engineers who thrive on building high-integrity, real-time software systems that directly impact patient lives.

Key Responsibilities : -

Design, develop, and test high-performance healthcare software systems.

Define and implement software requirements and designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Develop real-time data acquisition, processing, and visualization modules.

Lead and mentor teams, fostering innovation, scalability, and engineering excellence.

Collaborate across global R&D teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.

Must-Have Skills : -

Strong expertise in C#, .NET, C / C++ and real-time embedded systems.

Experience with Firmware, Device Drivers, and Socket Communication.

Knowledge of Networking (TCP / UDP, REST, SOAP) and Relational Databases.

Exposure to SVG Graphics, Mobile Apps (Android / iOS), and Cloud / Distributed Systems.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, UML, and Automation Testing.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills : -

Experience in software design for healthcare or regulated domains.

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) and Eclipse / Visual Studio.

Exposure to Agile / Waterfall SDLC models and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven ability to lead and mentor software teams in complex environments.
