Job Description :

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the talent acquisition function of the organization. They will develop and implement strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's goals and values. The Talent Acquisition Executive will oversee the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, build strong relationships with external partners, and continuously improve recruitment practices to ensure the organization has a competitive edge in acquiring and retaining the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs.

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle : sourcing → screening → R1 & R2 interviews → onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and expectations.

Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.

Evaluate candidates for sales skills, target orientation, and logical reasoning.

Track recruitment funnel metrics (applied → shortlisted → interviewed → selected → onboarded).

Ensure strong candidate experience and contribute to employer branding.

Continuously optimize the hiring process using data-driven insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

1+ years of experience in sales / inside sales (preferably EdTech B2C).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong communication in English + regional language, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to manage funnels, plan targets, and report performance.

Stable career history (minimum 1 year in previous roles).

Reliable, systematic, and data-driven approach to tasks.
