Job description

Job Overview

This is a Technical Consultant role focused on Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to daily standup meetings to assess urgent production issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members of various experience levels.
  • Support functional teams working on workflow, approval, fast formulas, HDL, HSDL loaders & HCM extracts.
  • Work on business intelligence reports, OTBI reports, dashboards and HCM extracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates, understand and map them to business needs.
  • Develop technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications and user guides.
  • Deliver work efficiently and in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Fluency in English language.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project.
  • Knowledge of workflows, HDL, fast formulas, HCM extracts, configurations, VBCS & Redwood UI.
  • Business process knowledge of global HR, compensation, Oracle recruitment cloud, talent management.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • 6-12 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions (global HR, compensation, Oracle recruitment cloud, talent management).
  • 4-6 years of support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with agile teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
