Best NanoTech is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Gurugram, India. This is an onsite role for professionals with a strong background in IT Technical recruitment for US.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and validate candidates for client IT roles across U.S. Geography.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positions
- Build and maintain pipelines across IT domains including :
- Software Development
- Cybersecurity
- Semi conductor
- Data Analytics
- Cloud Computing & Infrastructure
- Networking & Systems Administration
- Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets
- Utilize Recruiter, ATS platforms , and other sourcing tools effectively
